This could either be a motherboard issue, a video card issue, or a RAM issue. If your CMOS ROM chip is dying on you it might be able to be replaced (some mainboard manufacturers will just ship you a new one). If it's just BIOS corruption (not sure how that would happen) you might be able to fix it by flashing the CMOS ROM with the BIOS again.
At any rate, it's not good. Not good at all.
